§ 18-4. Manner of conducting business.

Each peddler conducting business within the city shall comply with all the provisions of this Code and other ordinances of the city which may be applicable, and shall conduct such business in a manner not offensive to the peace or welfare of the people of the city, and in such manner as not to create a nuisance. No peddler shall conduct his business in such a manner as to obstruct or interfere with the free use and passage of the streets, sidewalks and public ways.
