§ 17-1. Trash and garbage.

Latest version.

It shall be unlawful for any person to throw, place, deposit, sweep or scatter or cause to be thrown, placed deposited, swept, or scattered, any paper, food trash, or other refuse, except that deposited into an approved receptacle, in any park owned by the city.
