Chapter 14. MOBILE HOMES, TRAILERS AND TEMPORARY STRUCTURES

§ 14-4. Business activities generally prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to maintain any office in any trailer park, within the limits of the city, for the maintenance or operation, temporary or otherwise, of any business, trade or profession of any kind whatsoever; provided, however, that the owner or operator of any trailer park may operate a business incident to and for the benefit of the residents of the park, such as sale of mobile homes and operation of laundromats.
