§ 14-2. Location of mobile homes and trailers when used for human occupation, entertainment or preparing meals.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to use or occupy any mobile home, trailer, automobile or other vehicle within the corporate limits of the city as place of residence, domicile or living quarters or for the purpose of preparing or serving meals or for sleeping or entertainment unless the same be located in a licensed trailer park or motor court equipped for such use in accordance with the regulation of the state division of health governing trailer parks or parking lots for trailers, automobiles or other vehicles to be used as a place of domicile, residence or living quarters for human beings.
